I agree with Annonymous however drawing attention to yourself can actully work. If anyone here has any training manuals such as spyology they may know that one of the spy rules is "stand out to blend in"

if you want to have a disguise, it is best not to stand out. so DONT wear really fashionable clothes, but also DONT wear really hobo like clothes. you want to blend in like pavement artists do..
